The Josh Thibodeau Helping Hearts Foundation is proud to announce that we have partnered with the Woo Sox and Parent Heart Watch, on National Youth Heart Screening Day for our next screening.

Polar Park February 1st 2025

Due to the possibility of the student requiring a follow up visit with a physician, a parent or guardian must be present for this screening even if the student is under 18. Parents may send their child with another adult if a signed note is provided. Please fill out these forms prior to coming to the screening 

A heart screening is not a comprehensive cardiac evaluation and some disorders can develop at a later point in time.

This heart screening includes; review of health history, height and weight, blood pressure check, electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG), heart sounds check, possible echocardiogram, and physician consult.
